The latest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition is out and this year features WTA stars Sloane Stephens and Eugenie Bouchard - with the Canadian making her second appearance in the publication.

Stephens landed the cover of Sports Illustrated shortly after winning her maiden Grand Slam title in New York last September, and spoke very highly of the magazine's purpose.
"I've always loved the beauty of the SI Swimsuit issue and thought it would be incredible to one day be a part of it. I honestly never thought I'd have the opportunity."

"When the opportunity was presented, I immediately said yes because I felt really honoured to be a part of it." said Stephens.

Bouchard is making her second consecutive appearance in the magazine - previously being featured with Serena Williams and Caroline Wozniacki in the 2017 issue.

"It was definitely easier! I was much less nervous this time around."

"I felt I had experience from my first SI shoot which helped me for the second one. I actually asked MJ to go for it more in this shoot because I felt so comfortable." the Canadian said.

Both players are helping launch the inaugural New York Open tournament this week.

The New York Open is live from Long Island from February 12-18, 2018.
