Venus not responsible for car crash resulting to one fatality.

World No.5 Venus Williams will not be charged for her involvement in the fatal June car crash at Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The car crash led to the death of 78-year old man Jerome Barson - whose family filed a wrongful death suit against Williams.

In a statement released on Wednesday the Palm Beach Gardens police stated that, "Based on this investigation and relevant Florida statutes, no charges will be filed."
