Humbert v Rublev live stream and preview | 2021 ATP Halle Open Final

Ugo Humbert takes on Andrey Rublev in the final of the 2021 ATP Halle Open from 1pm BST on Sunday.

Humbert has won six of his seven matches on the grass surface so far this season, after reaching the quarterfinals in Stuttgart a fortnight ago. Ugo looked solid here in Halle, but he dropped a set in each of his four matches on his way to the final. The biggest name he defeated during his run in Halle was the World No. 6, Alexander Zverev. The bad news is that Humbert is 0-2 against Rublev and has only won one set in the process.

Meanwhile, Rublev has won the opening three matches in Halle without dropping a single set, having beaten the likes of Khachanov, Thompson, and Kohlschreiber. However, he needed three sets in order to defeat Nikoloz Basilashvili in the semifinals. Rublev has been in fine shape over the past two years, but this is his best performance on the grass surface. Since the start of the 2020 season, Rublev has won four ATP 500 series titles, back in Hamburg, Vienna, St. Petersburg, and Rotterdam.

Andrey Rublev is the better player here and we back him to win in straight sets at the price of 1/1 with Bet365.

Humbert v Rublev is available to watch live on desktop, mobile or tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide from approximately 1pm BST.

Roger Federer will be looking for back-to-back wins at the Halle Open 2021 when he takes on Felix Auger-Aliassime from 1.30pm BST on Wednesday.

21-year-old Auger-Aliassime has already played five matches on grass this season and won four in the process. The Canadian has recently reached the final in Stuttgart, but didn’t stand a chance against Marin Cilic and lost in straight sets. This is Felix’s debut in Halle and he started his campaign very well with a solid win against the reigning Miami Open champion Hubert Hurkacz. Auger-Aliassime looked decent on grass two years ago as he reached the semifinals in both Stuttgart and London.

Meanwhile, Federer began his grass season with a straight-set victory over Ilya Ivashka, but it wasn’t such a convincing performance. However, we expect Federer to get better with every match here at Halle where he is the most successful player in the tournament’s history. The Swiss star has won the tournament in ten of his previous 17 appearances here.

Roger looked great on his serve on the opening match and we fancy him to secure another 2-0 win here at the price of 11/10 with Bet365.

Federer v Auger-Aliassime is available to watch live on desktop, mobile or tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide from approximately 1.30pm BST.

Ilya Ivashka will face a difficult opponent in the shape of Roger Feder in the opening round of the Halle Open 2021 today at 13.00pm (UK Time).

Ilya Ivashka has already played five matches on grass this season as he was involved in the Stuttgart qualifiers where he also reached the main draw as a wildcard. He has also played in the qualifying stages here in Halle where he won against Ito and Duckworth while dropping just one set in the process. Overall, Ivashka has played only 17 matches on grass over the past five years and has won just eight in the process.

Roger Federer didn’t have big expectations from the French Open, but he did well to reach the 4th round of the competition when he decided to withdraw. When it comes to the grass season, the Swiss has won at least ten matches on this surface in each of the last five seasons. Federer has enjoyed plenty of success in Halle over the years, having won 10 titles in his previous 17 appearances.

We fancy Federer to kick off his Halle campaign in fashion and to win the encounter in straight sets at the price of 1/2 with Bet365.

Ivashka v Federer is available to watch live on desktop, mobile or tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide from approximately 7pm BST.

The grass court season commences at the ATP Halle Open, and a live stream is available for all matches.

The star-studded tournament features eight seeds and a series of qualifiers and wildcards competing at the Gerry Weber Stadion from June 14-20.

For most, the event will provide an opportunity to fine-tune preparations for Wimbledon in a fortnight’s time.

The singles event is an ATP 500 and carries a total prize fund of €1,455,000.

Roger Federer is the defending champion, having beaten David Goffin 7-6, 6-1 in the 2019 final.

Russia’s Daniil Medvedev is the number one seed, ahead of last Sunday’s French Open runner-up Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Alexander Zverev is seeded number three, with Andrey Rublev the fourth seed, Federer five and Roberto Bautista Agut, Goffin and Gael Monfils comprising the remaining seeds.

The likes of Jan-Lennard Struff, Sam Querrey, Kei Nishikori, Gilles Simon and Ugo Humbert are also in action.

All matches are available to watch live on desktop, mobile or tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide.
