Rafa Nadal v Lloyd Harris live stream and preview | Citi Open 2021

Rafael Nadal will be looking for back-to-back victories on hard courts when he faces Lloyd George Harris in the second round of the Citi Open 2021.

Nadal made his return to the ATP Tour yesterday at the Citi Open, but he encountered a tough opponent in the shape of Jack Sock. The Spaniard needed three sets, including a tiebreak in the decisive, to beat the American. Rafa had an average season so far, having failed to reach the final of any of the first three Grand Slams of the season for the first time since 2016. However, he did well to win titles in Rome and Barcelona on clay.

On the flip side,  Harris has lost four of the last six matches on hard and grass surfaces. He was recently eliminated in the opening round of the Atlanta Open, but began his Citi Open adventure with a 6-4, 1-0 win over Sandgren, with the latter being forced to withdraw due to injury. Harris has suffered three defeats in his last five matches on hard courts.

This should be a comfortable victory for  Nadal, so we back him to win 2-0 at the price of 4/5 with Bet365.

Nadal v Harris is available to watch via a live stream online from approximately 01.30am BST.

Kei Nishikori will be seeking a third consecutive win at the Citi Open 2021 when he takes on Cameron Norrie on Friday at 20.30pm (UK Time).

Nishikori has recently competed at the Tokyo Olympics where he lost in the quarterfinals at the hands of Novak Djokovic. Nishikori looked solid in the opening two rounds here at the Citi Open 2021, winning in straight sets against both Sam Querrey and Alexander Bublik. The Japanese has played four round of 16 matches in this tournament and did well to win all of them. In addition, Kei has won the title here back in 2015 and has reached the semifinal back in 2017.

Norrie has enjoyed an excellent year so far, having won 41 matches from a total of 56. He has recently lifted the title in Los Cabos, but then suffered a second-round exit in Atlanta at the hands of Ruusuvuori. Overall, Norrie has won 12 of his last 15 matches on hard and green surfaces. Furthermore, he has dropped just two sets in his last seven matches on hard courts.

Both players have been in great shape lately, so we expect a close contest with Over 22.5 Games at odds of 9/10 with Bet365.

Nishikori v Norrie is available to watch via a live stream online from approximately 01.30am BST.

Jannik Sinner will be looking to get back to winning ways when he takes on Emil Ruusuvuori in the second round of the Citi Open 2021.

Sinner’s most recent victory was against Ymer in the 4th round of the French Open back in June. He has suffered four consecutive defeats since then, including three eliminations in the opening rounds in Queen’s Club Championship, Wimbledon, and Atlanta Open. In addition, Sinner has won just one set in his last four matches across all surfaces. Overall, Jannik has lost eight of his last 15 matches.

Meanwhile, Ruusuvuori has won four of his last five matches on hard courts. He has recently reached the Semi-finals of the Atlanta Open a couple of days ago before losing in three sets at the hands of Brandon Nakashima. He began his Citi Open campaign with a hard-fought victory over Gunneswaran, fighting from a one-set down.

Sinner hasn’t been at his best lately while Ruusuvuori looked solid on hard courts. However, we think that Sinner will be able to get back to winning ways here so we fancy him to win at odds of 57/100 with Bet365.

Sinner v Ruusuvuori is available to watch via a live stream online from approximately 01.30am BST.
