Gauff v Wang live stream and match preview | 2021 Emilia-Romagna Open

Coco Gauff and Wang Qiang will square off in the final of the Emilia-Romagna Open today at 13.30 pm (UK Time).

Coco Gauff has now won eight of her last nine matches on clay courts. After three consecutive straight-set victories, Coco Gauff had to fight hard to beat Katerina Siniakova in the Semifinals (7-5,1-6, 6-2).  Gauff has made four quarterfinals or better over the past three months and she is now in her first final of the year.

Qiang Wang’s run here in Parma came out of nowhere as previous to this tournament she was knocked out from the first rounds in both Madrid and Rome. Actually, this is the first time this season when Wang managed to put together four consecutive victories. Until this week, Wang was on a 12-match losing streak against top 100 players.

We back Coco Gauff to secure the second WTA title of her career, and for more value, we fancy her to win in straight sets at odds of 8/11.

The match is available to watch live on desktop, mobile or tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide.

Katerina Siniakova and Coco Gauff will square off today at 13.00pm (UK Time), with both looking for a spot in the final of the Emilia-Romagna Open.

Katerina Siniakova has now reached her first Semifinal on tour in almost two years. He had a clean run in Parma so far, having beaten the likes of Clara Tauson, Serena Williams, and Caroline Garcia. Katerina’s best performance this year prior to this tournament was a quarterfinal showing in Istanbul. The last time when Katerina Siniakova met Coco Gauff was on home soil in Ostrava last year and the American won the match in straight sets.

Coco Gauff has now won seven of her last eight matches on clay courts. Similar to Siniakova, Gauff had an impeccable run here in Parma. She has won all her matches in straight sets, including a dominant display against Amanda Anisimova (6-3,6-3) yesterday in the quarter-finals. This is Gauff’s second semi-final in a row after being defeated by Iga Swiatek in Rome a week ago.

Coco Gauff seems to be unstoppable at the moment, so we expect another straight-set victory here at the price of 9/10.

The match is available to watch live on desktop, mobile or tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide.

Cori Gauff will be looking to continue her good season on clay when she takes on Amanda Anisimova today at 13.00 pm (UK Time) in the quarter-finals of the Emilia-Romagna Open in Parma.

Cori Gauff looked solid in Italy over the past two weeks, having won six of her seven matches on Italian soil. She has reached the Semi-finals of the Italian Open five days ago when she lost against the eventual champion, Iga Swiatek. She is now looking for a second appearance in a Semi-final after two consecutive wins in the previous rounds against Kaia Kanepi and Camila Giorgi. Gauff needed two tie-breakers to defeat Kanepi, but then she improved her game by beating Giorgi 6-2, 6-3.

Amanda Anisimova, on the flip side, has suffered early eliminations in each of the clay tournaments she competed in this season, except this one. It seems that she has finally found some form here in Parma, after two impressive wins over Jasmine Paolini and Karolina Schmiedlova, having dropped just nine games in the process. Anisimova’s best performance on clay courts over the past two years was reaching the Semi-finals of the French Open back in 2019 when she lost 2-1 against Ashleigh Barty.

Although Anisimova has returned to form lately, we think that Cori Gauff will sneak a victory today at the price of 4/5.

The match is available to watch live on desktop, mobile or tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide.
