The Quarter-Final action continues at the 2022 Australian Open on Wednesday, and we’ve picked out our best betting tips for all matches.
Day Ten in Melbourne features the remaining two Quarter-Final ties from both the Men’s and Women’s competitions, with more dramatic and excitement in the offing after two thrilling deciders on Tuesday.
Pre-tournament favourite Daniil Medvedev is looking to remain on course for a maiden Australian Open title, while a further trio of in-form hopefuls bid to reach the Last Four in their quest for a first Grand Slam crown.
Two seeded stars and two unseeded hopefuls go head-to-head in the bottom half of the Women’s draw as they aim to join Ash Barty and Madison Keys in the Semi-Final line-up.
Daily Tennis Betting Tips – Quarter-Finals Australian Open 2022
Here are our best bets for each of today’s Quarter-Final matches in Melbourne, with play getting under way from 12am GMT.
Danielle Collins v Alize Cornet – Predictions
Collins has been in fantastic shape in Melboure so far which is perhaps surprising given the fact that this is her first tournament since the retirement in Linz in November.
Collins began her Australian Open campaign with back-to-back 2-0 victories over Caroline Dolehide and Ana Konjuh. However, things got a bit more complicated in the previous two rounds.
She had to fight back from one set-down in both third and fourth rounds against Clara Tauson and Elise Mertens respectively. The American had an amazing run here in Melbourne back in 2019 when she took everyone by surprise by reaching the Semi-Finals.
That was her first major Quarter-Final appearance and she followed that up with a similar run at the 2020 French Open.
Cornet has endured a similar run so far, kicking off her Australian Open campaign with consecutive 2-0 wins against Viktoriya Tomova and Garbine Muguruza, but then had to play three-set marathons in the Third and Fourth Round against Tamara Zidansek and Simona Halep.
This is Cornet’s 60th consecutive appearance in a Grand Slam, but it is the first time she has managed to reach the Quarter-Final stage.
We expect a close encounter here, and our best bet for this match is Over 20.5 total games to be contested.

Iga Swiatek v Kaia Kanepi – Predictions
Seventh seed Swiatek has won seven of her eight matches on hard courts in 2022 so far and has now reached her third Grand Slam Quarter-Final.
The Polish ace is now bidding for her second Grand Slam Semi-Final in the same place where she won her first match on the main draw at tour level.
Kanepi, 36, is having a fairy-tale run at the Australian Open so far which began with a straight-sets victory over Angelique Keber. She comes into this tie fresh off the back of an unexpected win over world number two Aryna Sabalenka.
Before this run, Kanepi had never reached the Fourth Round of the Australian Open. She is now very close to booking her spot in a Grand Slam Semi-Final for the first time in her career.
However, we expect seeded star Swiatek to win in straight sets at odds of 4/6.

Jannik Sinner v Stefanos Tsitsipas – Predictions
Sinner extended his winning streak on hard courts to ten matches with a straight-set victory over Alex de Minaur on Monday. He has already won seven matches in 2022 and has only dropped one set in four matches here at the Australian Open.
Sinner, 20, is the youngest player to make two Quarter-Final appearances in Grand Slams since Nick Kyrgios (19) in 2015. The Italian is in great shape at the moment, but it has to be said that he has not played against a top-10 player since the start of the new year.
Tsitsipas survived a scare in the previous round as he edged a five-set thriller against Taylor Fritz. The Greek star began his Australian Open campaign with a commanding straight-sets win over Mikael Ymer but has dropped a set in each of the previous three rounds.
Tsitsipas has won all his previous four Quarter-Final matches in Grand Slams, with two of those wins coming here at the Australian Open back in 2019 and 2021.
This one looks too close to call on paper, so we would expect a total of over 39.5 games to be contested between the talented duo.

Daniil Medvedev v Felix Auger-Aliassime – Predictions
Russian star Medvedev is bidding for back-to-back Grand Slam titles, having opened his account at the US Open last September.
In the absence of rival Novak Djokovic, Medvedev was immediately installed as pre-tournament favourite and has fully justified that tag with his performances in Melbourne over the past week.
Runner-up to Djokovic here 12 months ago, the 25-year-old has seen off the likes of Nick Kyrgios, Botic van de Zandschulp and Maxime Cressy for the total loss of just two sets, and he looks like taking some stopping on current form.
Auger-Aliassime, meanwhile, is through to his first Australian Open Quarter-Final and his third Grand Slam Quarter-Final in a row, underlining his superb spell of consistency.
The 21-year-old came through a five-set thriller with Emil Ruusuvuori in the First Round and has gone on to defeat Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, Dan Evans and Marin Čilić.
The Canadian is now vying for his first win over Medvedev at the fourth attempt, having notably lost in straight sets in their Semi-Final meeting at the US Open.
Medvedev has not had things all his own way in Melbourne so far and is unlikely to again here, but should have enough in the locker to fend off a tricky test from the emerging star in either four or five sets.
