Novak Djokovic attempts to win his first Grand Slam since he lifted the Wimbledon trophy last year – here are full details of his next match.

Djokovic has already reached 31 Grand Slam finals in his career, cementing his place as a legend in the game, but he’ll be keen to make another appearance on centre court on July 10th.

The 35-year-old has had a below par year by his standard, only reaching the quarter final stage of the French Open and winning just one ATP event, the Italian Open, in 2022. This is in stark contrast to 2021, where he won the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon as well as reaching the final of the US Open.

His lack of appearance at the Australian Open this year was clouded in controversy but he was able to play at the French Open, beating Yoshihito Nishioka, Alex Molčan, Aljaž Bedene and Diego Schwartzman in straight sets before losing to eventual winner, Rafa Nadal in the quarter finals.

The Serb was able to pick up some momentum coming into Wimbledon though, winning the Italian Open without dropping a set despite playing some top quality opposition in Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas.

It’s been a tough year for Djokovic, falling to number three in the ATP rankings, but he’ll be keen to show his class at Wimbledon, a competition he has won six times previously.

Djokovic has won 20 Grand Slam titles over the course of his career, meaning he sits level with Roger Federer in the list of most successful players and, if he can secure the victory in SW19 this summer he will draw just one trophy behind his rival, Nadal.

Since 2010, Djokovic has only failed to win a Grand Slam in a calendar year once, in 2017, but time is running out for him in 2022 with just two major tournaments left.

Despite a less than stellar year, Djokovic is heading to Wimbledon with victory on his mind and he continues in the tournament with a semi final match with Cameron Norrie.

The match will take place on Friday July 8 (from 1:30pm) and will be available watch live online via the link below.
