Carlos Alcaraz looks to book his place in the Australian Open quarter-finals when he locks horns with Miomir Kecmanovic on Monday.
The world number two is enjoying a ground-breaking run in Melbourne, having progressed beyond round three for the first time.
Alcaraz dropped just one set as he put French veteran Richard Gasquet and Lorenzo Sonego to the sword in his opening two matches.
He was then well on the way to a resounding victory over Shang Juncheng at 6-1, 6-1, 1-0 up when the Chinese wildcard was forced to retire injured.
Standing in his way of a quarter-final place is a player aiming to reach the last eight at a slam for the first time in Kecmanovic.
The Serb has momentum, too, having taken down seeds in deciding sets in his last two matches in Jan-Lennard Struff (24th) and Tommy Paul (14th).
The match gets under way from around 8am GMT (7pm local time) on Rod Laver Arena, with either Cameron Norrie or Alexander Zverev awaiting the winner in the quarter-finals.
Carlos Alcaraz v Miomir Kecmanovic prediction
Alcaraz is a heavy favourite to come out on top in this contest and edge closer to completing part three of the career grand slam.
Although Kecmanovic has claimed a couple of scalps in his run to round four, he exerted a lot of energy in order to do so.
In fact, he has now played five sets more than Alcaraz, who will be extra fresh having not been on court as long due to Shang’s injury in their third-round encounter.
The Spaniard showed against the Chinese that he is starting to hit his stride, and will be confident of claiming another comfortable win here.
