French Open odds 2023: Who are the favourites to win at Roland-Garros?

Andy Watson in French Open 24 May 2023

The French Open is just around the corner and, although the draw has not been made yet, the odds are out for the Men’s and Women’s Singles competitions.

The favouritism for the Men’s Draw has oscillated around three main names since the 2022 tournament ended; Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, and Carlos Alcaraz. We now have confirmation that Nadal will not play in the 2023 French Open, so that leaves the master, Djokovic, against the young tyro, Alcaraz.

Iga Swiatek was the 2022 Roland-Garros champion, winning her second title in Paris. The Pole has been favourite for this event ever since, and is currently odds-on to add to her increasingly impressive Grand Slam CV here.
