Andy Murray wasn’t able to make his US Open dreams a reality, losing out to Grigor Dimitrov in the second round.
He arrived in New York, hoping to roll back the years and claim his first Grand Slam trophy since 2016.
The Brit was a rank outsider for the event but has shown some flashes of his old self in recent events, albeit mainly at challenger level.
The 36-year-old has said that this won’t be his last Grand Slam but the clock is definitely ticking for the 2012 US Open Champion.
