Third seed Daniil Medvedev faces a tough test from Marton Fucsovics in Round Three at Wimbledon on Saturday.
Medvedev is bidding to reach the Fourth Round at SW19 for only the second time in what is his fifth main draw appearance.
The 2021 US Open champion has failed to make it beyond the Fourth Round stage in his last four Grand Slam campaigns and will be determined to stop the rot and go deep here.
The 27-year-old picked up three consecutive titles earlier in the year, notably defeating Novak Djokovic in the Semi-Finals en route to glory in Dubai.
Medvedev is yet to drop a set en route to Round Three at Wimbledon, having comfortably seen off British wildcard Arthur Fery and Frenchman Adrian Mannarino.
However, he will be poised for a tricky battle when he comes up against former top 32 star Fucsovics – who is looking to reach the Fourth Round here for the second time in three years.
Fucsovics, now ranked 86, was a quarter-finalist at Wimbledon in 2021 – his best run in a Grand Slam to date – and notably defeated Medvedev in their most recent meeting at the 2020 French Open.
The Hungarian has already dispatched 28th seed Tallon Griekspoor and Marcos Giron this week for the combined loss of just one set and will be quietly confident coming into this one.
Either 16th seed Tommy Paul or world number 36 Jiří Lehečka will await the winner in the Fourth Round next week.
Play gets underway at 1pm BST on No.1 Court on Saturday and will be contested over the best of five sets.
