When is Wimbledon 2022 and how to watch the tennis competition in the UK?

The arrival of the warmer months has tennis fans abuzz with the prospect of a summer full of top tennis action, including the French Open and Wimbledon. 

The showpiece grass event is fast approaching and fans will begin to flock to South London to take their places on Centre Court. But when exactly does Wimbledon take place this year?

When is Wimbledon 2022?

Wimbledon traditionally takes place at the beginning of summer, and this year is no exception with the third grand slam of the year kicking off Monday June 27. The tournament is played over 14 days with the final day scheduled for Sunday July 10.

The event is being broadcast live across the BBC network, with matches from all courts also available to watch live for customers with a funded Bet365 account.

When is Wimbledon 2023?

Some eyes have already turned towards the competition next year and organisers have released the dates for the 2023 tournament.

The event will kick off on Monday 26th June and run for it’s traditional two weeks period with the women’s final taking place on Saturday 8th July and the men’s final happening on Sunday 9th July.
