The British number one is fresh from securing his top-four seeding for Wimbledon with victory over Brandon Nakashima in the quarter-finals.
One of two left-handers to climb into the world’s top five during this century – along with Rafael Nadal – Draper now looks to become the seventh British male finalist at Queen’s Club.
It would also be the Indian Wells champion’s fourth final of 2025, and second in his career on grass.
Standing in his way is Lehecka, who aims to become the first Czech male finalist on surface since Tomas Berdych at Wimbledon in 2010.
The world number 30 claimed his 100th tour-level victory after defeating Briton Jacob Fearnley in the quarter-finals, and now looks to claim another home favourite here.
A Spanish opponent awaits the winner in the final, in either Carlos Alcaraz or Roberto Bautista Agut.
The match gets under way at 1pm BST and will be contested over the best of three sets in the Andy Murray Arena on Saturday.

Draper holds an impressive 28-3 record against players ranked outside the top 20 since October last year.
Not only that, the 23-year-old is also 21-1 after winning the first set this season, so his opponent will likely need a fast start in order to stop him.
Although, he is facing a player yet to drop a set in his three matches thus far, including a notable scalp of fifth seed Alex de Minaur in round one.
Lehecka now looks to become the second Czech male finalist at Queen’s in the Open Era after two-time champion Ivan Lendl, though he has only won seven of his 25 career meetings with top-10 opponents.
