Billy Harris
Billy Harris is one of the genuine late developers in British tennis. Born in Nottingham in 1995 but raised on the Isle of Man from the age of five, he spent years on the ITF circuit, at times living out of a van, and did not make his ATP main-draw debut until he was 28. He is ranked World No. 163, with a career high of World No. 101 reached in September 2024.
Grass is where his career has turned. He won his first Grand Slam main-draw match at Wimbledon in 2025, and in 2026 he came through Wimbledon qualifying for the first time before losing a competitive four-setter to 19th seed Karen Khachanov. He is entered for US Open qualifying.

Playing Style & Strengths
At 6ft 4in Harris leans on a heavy serve as his primary weapon, and it is the shot that has produced every meaningful result of his career.
