WTA Finals
The WTA Finals run from 8 to 15 November 2026 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in California. The move to the west coast of the United States changes the viewing pattern for British audiences: this is an evening and late-night event rather than an afternoon one.

UK Start Times
Indian Wells is eight hours behind the UK. Day sessions in California begin around lunchtime local, which is early evening in Britain, and the evening session lands late at night here. It is a better time zone for UK viewers than the Asian swing, though the marquee matches will still finish after midnight.
The Schedule
| Stage | When |
|---|---|
| Round-robin groups | From Sunday 8 November |
| Semi-finals and final | Closing weekend, to 15 November |
Every qualifier plays three group matches, so there is tennis on each day of the week rather than a draw that empties out.
What to Watch For
Elena Rybakina defends the title she won in 2025, but arrives after withdrawing from her Tokyo quarter-final with a neck injury. The rest of the field is Aryna Sabalenka, Mirra Andreeva, Jessica Pegula, Coco Gauff, Elina Svitolina, Linda Nosková and Karolína Muchová. The groups are drawn on Tuesday 3 November, and the last 11 editions have produced 11 different champions.
