The 2026 women’s draw

The full 128-player main draw is loaded, exactly as it was made on 27 August, so the bracket always starts from the original draw rather than the live scoreboard. Play is now under way, and 27th seed Barbora Krejčíková was the first seed to fall. Catch up in our Day 2 report. Aryna Sabalenka is the top seed and two-time defending champion, with Elena Rybakina seeded second. Cincinnati runner-up Jessica Pegula is third and champion Coco Gauff fourth, while Iga Świątek is down at the eighth seed after her Cincinnati title defence ended in the semi-finals. Sara Bejlek is seeded 28th on her breakthrough summer.
