Jo-Wilfried Tsonga's son lights up social media in Marrakech.

Is Jo-Wilfried Tsonga's son following in his father's footsteps?

Two-year-old Sugar has literally been doing just that in Marrakech, with the Tsonga team posting images of the toddler attempting to copy Tsonga's stretches.

On Thursday, Tsonga posted an image of Sugar stretching alongside his father, captioning it 'Etirements en famille', or 'family stretches'.

Former world no. 5 Tsonga, currently ranked world no. 116 after struggling with injury and playing just 12 matches in 2018, is on the comeback trail in 2019 and has already won the seventeenth ATP Tour title of his career in Montpellier.

He is currently competing at the Grand Prix Hassan II in Marrakech and has reached the semifinals of the ATP Tour 250 event after wins over Kyle Edmund and qualifier Lorenzo Sonego.

Tsonga also posted an Instagram story showing Sugar trying to copy a sideways lunge. Tsonga's wife Noura El Shwekh can be seen in the background. The two married in July 2018.

Judy Murray, a woman who knows all about raising tennis champions as the mother of Andy and Jamie, added her approval.

Sugar has also been spotted trying to reproduce Tsonga's skipping exercises.

Tsonga will face compatriot Benoit Paire in the semifinals of the Grand Prix Hassan II on Saturday.
