Mika Stojsavljevic
Mika Stojsavljevic is the most promising British teenager in the women’s game. In 2024, at 15, she won the US Open girls’ singles title, beating Wakana Sonobe 6-4, 6-4 to become the first British winner of that junior championship in 15 years. She is now 17, ranked World No. 278, with a career high of World No. 261 reached in June 2026.
The senior transition is under way but deliberately paced. She has played Wimbledon twice on a wildcard, losing to 11th seed Belinda Bencic 2-6, 1-6 in 2026, and reached her first WTA 125 quarter-final at Birmingham at 17. Playing Style & Strengths
Stojsavljevic is tall for her age at 6ft 1in and still filling out the frame, but the power is already there and it arrives more easily than most players her age can manage.
