Tournament Overview
The China Open is an ATP 500 event on outdoor hard courts at the China National Tennis Center in Beijing. It shares its venue with the WTA 1000 China Open and is played across that event's first week, with a 32-player men's singles draw. Alongside the Japan Open in Tokyo it headlines the second week of the Asian swing, and it leads straight into the Shanghai Masters.
Jannik Sinner is the defending champion. He beat Learner Tien 6-2, 6-2 in the 2025 final for his second Beijing title, having won in 2023 and lost the 2024 final to Carlos Alcaraz in a deciding-set tie-break. The tournament was not held from 2020 to 2022.
