Day 3 Results: Seeds Tumble as Sinner Marches On
Three seeds fell on a chaotic Tuesday. Daniil Medvedev (6) went out to Australian wildcard Adam Walton in five sets — his second straight first-round exit in Paris. Alexander Bublik (9) lost to Jan-Lennard Struff, and Jessica Pegula (5) was beaten in three by Kimberly Birrell. Jannik Sinner needed no such drama, beating French wildcard Clément Tabur 6-1, 6-3, 6-4 for a 30th consecutive win — the fifth-longest streak of the ATP era. Both British men exited: Cameron Norrie retired injured and Jacob Fearnley lost to Juan Manuel Cerúndolo.

The night-session headline and the day’s trickiest seeded match. Tomáš Macháč is a top-30 talent with the shot-making to trouble anyone, but on best-of-five clay Zverev‘s superior fitness and depth should tell. Djokovic to beat Royer
Novak Djokovic faces French wildcard Valentin Royer in front of a home crowd. The 24-time Grand Slam champion is chasing a record-extending 25th major and a deep, drama-free run in the bottom half. Royer is ranked outside the top 100 — this is a routine assignment on paper. Tip: Djokovic to win in straight sets (around 8/13).

Iga Świątek opens Chatrier as the four-time champion. Whoever she faces in R2, the gap in clay-court pedigree is enormous — she beat Emerson Jones 6-1, 6-2 in R1 without breaking sweat. The straightforward play is Świątek to win and advance. Tip: Świątek to win (around 1/12) — acca anchor.
