Two women’s semi-finals today, so the slips are short by necessity. Three below, and with only two matches on the card there is no honest way to build anything longer.
Day 11 was the best day of the fortnight. The named bets went three from three and the Favourites Slip landed: Alexander Zverev beat Botic van de Zandschulp 6-2, 7-5, 6-1, Elena Rybakina came from a set down against Zheng Qinwen, and Karen Khachanov was two sets and a break clear when Alexander Blockx retired. The Value Slip needed both underdogs to take a set and van de Zandschulp did not manage one. The Straight Sets Slip went when Rybakina dropped the opener. Odds are approximate at the time of writing and we quote a number only where we can stand behind it. Today’s full card and best bets are in our US Open 2026 Day 12 predictions and order of play.
Acca 1 — The Favourites Slip (2-fold)
Both of our named winners. Aryna Sabalenka has beaten Jessica Pegula in each of the last two years at this stage in New York and is 3-0 against her at the Grand Slams. Elena Rybakina has conceded 36 games in five matches, fewer than anyone left in the draw, and won the most recent meeting with Coco Gauff at Toronto in 2026.
| Leg | Selection | Approx odds |
| 1 | Aryna Sabalenka to beat Jessica Pegula | Odds-on |
| 2 | Elena Rybakina to beat Coco Gauff | Around evens |
Acca 2 — The Value Slip (2-fold)
Rather than pick against our own two, this backs both underdogs to make a contest of it. Jessica Pegula has taken two of the last three from Sabalenka, including the deciding set at Berlin in 2026 without losing a game. Coco Gauff has the crowd, a US Open title already and a 1-1 record against Rybakina, and she has taken a set off every opponent who has troubled her this fortnight.
| Leg | Selection | Approx odds |
| 1 | Jessica Pegula to win at least one set | Around evens |
| 2 | Coco Gauff to win at least one set | Odds-on |
Acca 3 — The Straight Sets Slip (2-fold)
Seven days without a return, which is roughly what a two-leg straight-sets bet should do. Both of these have the serve to end a semi-final in 80 minutes, and neither has managed it consistently: Aryna Sabalenka and Elena Rybakina have each dropped a set, and both needed three in the quarter-finals.
| Leg | Selection | Approx odds |
| 1 | Aryna Sabalenka to win 2–0 | Around evens |
| 2 | Elena Rybakina to win 2–0 | Odds against |
Day 12 Acca Summary
| Slip | Legs | Shape |
| Acca 1 (safest) | 2 | Both named winners |
| Acca 2 (value) | 2 | Both underdogs to take a set, not the match |
| Acca 3 (longest) | 2 | Both favourites to win without dropping a set |
No legs on the men’s semi-finals: Alexander Zverev v Karen Khachanov and Frances Tiafoe v Ben Shelton are tomorrow, and they get their own slips then.
